Flax Fox accepts all debit and credit cards through Paypal. You can buy even if you don’t have a Paypal account. 

When you order you’ll be taken through to a secure encrypted paypal site where you’ll be able pay directly for your goods. 
It’s secure, easy and hassle free! 

Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received and you will receive an email letting you know when your items are on their way to you. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product then we are sorry to hear that. Please let us know via email (hello@flaxfoxdesigns.com) and return the item within 30 days. We will happily refund your money, please allow 7 working days, excluding original delivery charge - unless it is faulty/damaged. 

Alternatively we are happy to exchange an item- products should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 

Please note: 
Goods will only be accepted for exchange/return if they are returned within 30 days of delivery. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
